  • Generous-sized ensuite storage room (in addition to the Locker/cage elsewhere in the building.

 

 Cons

  • Older building (40+ yrs)
  • Condo fees exclude Hydro - Heat and Cooling is electric. Hot water tank in the unit.
  • Older style suites with some outdated features,e.g.; Hollywood ceilings in kitchens.
  • Hot water tanks in units (some rented, some owned).
  • Combo Furnace/CAC (electric heating/cooling units) responsibility of the unit owner.
  • Some Furnace/CAC units were replaced over the last 10 years; many are near end-of-life. Check.
  • These heat/cool units cost about $9,000 - $11,000 to replace. Parts to repair are scarce.
  • Almost all 2-Beds have only 1.5 Washrooms (4pc+ 2pc)
  • There are no 2-beds with Dens or Solariums.
