  • Older buildings (37+ yrs) - Built 1986
  • Small Board of Directors (3) Usually 4-5.
  • Converted to a Condo from a former rental apartment complex in 1995
  • Older suites - some outdated, many upgraded.
  • Electric baseboard heating.
  • No central air conditioning - less than 20% have outside wall air conditioner - older wall units, most do not work and are too expensive to remove or replace.
  • Condo fees DO NOT include Hydro (Heat and Cooling is electric)
