  • Updated decor, lovely party room, lap pool and sauna (his & her)
  • Pets are allowed with restrictions. 
  • Well managed.
  • Very few renters.
  • Average turnover (10-12 sales per year).
  • Condo fees are higher than the Newmarket average but have been unchanged over the last 3 years.

Cons

  • KItchens are enclosed (vs) open concept but most have windows
  • Older buildings (37 years).
