Pros

  • Quiet & picturesque surroundings - 10 acres..
  • One of the newest condos in Newmarket - built in 2004.
  • Timothy Lofts converted about the same time.
  • Caters to adults & pets
  • All suites have medium size balconies or large ground-level terraces.
  • Two parking spots for many suites (1 - Undergrd + 1 - Surface)
  • Boutique (only 5 floors)
  • Three high-speed elevators

 

Cons

  • Not as centrally located as most other condos in Central Newmarket - car-dependent.
  • Pricier than average - $850K- $900K for a 2 bed - 1,126 SF 2B, 2W with 2 parking spots.
  • Compared to 250 Davis Drive condo, fully-upgraded 1,160 SF 2B, 2W at about $700K

Note: Differences in price are largely justified by better amenities (inside & out) and the newer building, built in 2004 vs. 1986 for most others in Newmarket.

Recommendation: Check into the Heating and Cooling Systems and cost-sharing of Water and Hydro, Buyers should review utility bills for the last 1 or 2 years. This info is not in the Status Certificate.
